The very next year, the Company acquired two smaller gas companies, one in Seaford, Delaware, and the other in nearby Salisbury, Maryland, and the Company hasn¡¯t stopped growing ever since.Today, the Company consists of four primary business segments: Natural gas distribution and transmission (regulated); propane distribution and wholesale marketing (unregulated); advanced information systems (unregulated); and other services (unregulated).
